The first thing you should do if you haven't already, is log in to the control panel. You can access it by going to http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel where "yourdomain.com" is the domain you just ordered. (Note: If your domain is not yet active, you can use http://gallium.getwebspace.com/cpanel until it is online - usually 24 hours for new domains.) Enter your username and password when asked. If you can't log in, make sure your username is all-lowercase, and that your password is exactly the way you originally typed it, including capital letters. (If you still can't log in, this is a good time to test our support ticket system - go to http://support.getwebspace.com and tell us about the problem.)
